CALGAZ

1AL

Calgaz offers two aerosol type gas cylinders used where the quantity of gas required is small. The 1ALE is supplied with a screw type valve and requires a regulator from the FF20 range to be fitted to regulate flow and replaces the 12DA cylinder. The 1ALU is supplied with a plastic trigger mechanism allowing an unregulated flow of gas to be released and replaces the 1AL cylinder. This product is approved globally.

2AL

Calgaz has a range of three types of 2AL aluminium cylinders designed to meet your needs. The 2ALE and 2ALU are both approved for global use and vary only slightly in terms of height, appearance and weight. The 2ALR is our refillable cylinder version which can only be supplied in the USA.

8AL

Calgaz has two types of 8AL aluminium cylinders designed to meet your needs. The 8ALE and 8ALU are both approved for global use and vary only slightly in terms of appearance and weight.

10AL

Calgaz has a range of three types of 10AL aluminium cylinders designed to meet your needs. The 10ALE and 10ALU are both approved for global use and vary only slightly in terms of height, appearance and weight. The 10ALR is our refillable cylinder version which can only be supplied in the USA.

5ELR

The 5ELR is a globally approved aluminium cylinder. The 625 litres nominal gas capacity means the cylinder is ideal when larger volumes of gas are required. The cylinder can be supplied with a range of CGA valves designed to meet your specific needs. The cylinder can be filled with non-reactive gases.

6D & 6DM

The 6D and 6DM are globally approved steel cylinders. These cylinders are ideally suited for non-reactive gas use. In addition steel cylinders are often specified for use in Mines and other explosive atmospheres (please check regulations). The 6D cylinder holds 103 litres nominal gas capacity and the 6DM being more compact 58 litres of gas.

10AL

Calgaz supplies calibration gas in two types of small steel cylinder. The 7HP contains 34 litres of gas and the 7EOC contains 17 litres of gas. Each cylinder type is fitted with a CGA 600 valve. The cylinders can be supplied worldwide with the exception of Europe and are used for non reactive gases only when small volumes are required.

65ALR

The 65ALR is a globally approved aluminium cylinder. The 875 litres nominal gas capacity means the cylinder is ideal when larger volumes of gas are required. The cylinder can be supplied with a range of CGA valves designed to meet your specific needs. The cylinder can be filled with both non-reactive and reactive gases.

Eco - Bump

The Eco-Bump cylinder is a small handy lightweight cylinder available globally. The cylinder can be filled with reactive Quad mixtures including H2S, CO, CH4, O2 in N2 and non-reactive gases. The cylinder contains enough gas for up to 250 Bumps of 3 seconds each.

High Pressure Cylinders (HPC)

Calgaz is able to supply a limited range of gas mixtures in High-Pressure refillable Cylinders (HPC) globally in addition to its non-refillable cylinder product offering from the Stoke, UK plant. The mixtures offered cover a wide variety of applications including Gas Detection, Industrial Safety, Breath Testing (BrAC), Mud Logging and Marine.

700 Series Regulator

The most popular regulators supplied by Calgaz is the 700 series. These fixed flow regulators are preset and fully flow checked at the factory ensuring they reach you perfectly calibrated for your needs.

800 Series Regulator

The 800 series regulators have 4 different models including low/high-pressure applications and brass/stainless steel body. These variflow regulators can have selectable flow rates.

1000 Series Regulator

The combination of the piston first stage and stainless steel diaphragm second stage offers a high degree of accuracy and control without adjusting the delivery pressure as the supply pressure decreases. The 1000 Series high pressure regulators are designed for use with many low ppm corrosive gases and gas mixtures where high purity, low flow rates and stable delivery pressure must be maintained. The compact regulator size fits easily into tight spaces.

1700 Series Regulator

The 1700 series regulators are designed to provide an adjustable flow rate and are typically used with low ppm reactive gases and other high purity gas mixtures. The 1767 model and 1781 models are preset at the production facility to a user specified flow rate between 0.1 LPM – 6.0 LPM.

2000 Series Regulator

The Demand Flow Regulator is designed to work with pumped instruments. The regulator enables gas to flow when a vacuum exceeding 3” water gauge is pulled by the instrument. The regulator allows the calibration gas to flow at the rate required by the instrument, automatically cutting off the flow when the instrument is switched off.

3850 Push Button Regulator

The easy to use PBR (Push Button Regulator) is a single stage flow control device, designed for delivering calibration gas to breath alcohol instruments and for other non-reactive gas applications. With preset flow rates up to 23 LPM the PBR is the most versatile regulator of its type on the market.

4200 Series Regulator

The 4200 Series regulator, also known as the “Trigger” is designed to quickly release a small amount of gas. Pressing the trigger activates the regulator and dispenses gas at a specified preset flow rate. The Trigger regulator is a single stage flow control device.

Eco-Trigger Regulator

The Eco-Trigger Regulator has been designed to meet the needs of the Eco-Bump cylinder. Offering a simple and easy solution for bump or function testing. Operation is by an easy to use thumb operated paddle trigger.

FF20 Series Regulator

The FF20 series has been developed to specifically fit the 1AL aerosol-type cylinder. Calgaz offers four variations of the FF20.

R Series Regulator

Calgaz is able to supply a limited range of gas mixtures in High-Pressure refillable Cylinders (HPC) globally in addition to its non-refillable cylinder product offering from the Stoke, UK plant. The mixtures offered cover a wide variety of applications including Gas Detection, Industrial Safety, Breath Testing (BrAC), Mud Logging and Marine.

570 Carry Case

The 570 carry case is designed to give maximum protection to the cylinders and equipment being carried or transported.

574 Carry Case

The 574 carry cases are durable and heavy-duty made from impact-resistant plastic constructed for safety and are easily transported. These carry cases allow the user to carry two cylinders and undertake the calibration with the cylinders remaining in the case.

582 Carry Case

The 582 carry cases are durable and heavy-duty made from impact-resistant plastic constructed for safety and are easily transported. These carry cases allow the user to carry two cylinders and undertake the calibration with the cylinders remaining in the case.

584 Carry Case

The 584 soft carry case with its shoulder strap makes it easy to transport up to 3 cylinders and equipment safely whilst keeping both hands free. Very useful when climbing up ladders and working on gangways.

4250 Recycle Tool

The Calgaz recycling tool is designed to decommission cylinders, making them easier and safer to discard. Proper use of the tool will leave a visible hole in the cylinder valve area. For use with C10 valves.

4260 Recycle Tool

The Calgaz recycling tool is designed to decommission cylinders, making them easier and safer to discard. Proper use of the tool will leave a visible hole in the cylinder valve area. For use with CGA 600 valves.

Gas Tubing

Calgaz supplies PVC and Tygon tubing in a range of lengths. The PVC tubing should be used with applications involving non-reactive gases. For reactive gases, Tygon tubing functions better with reduced gas absorption due to the inner Teflon coating.
